Production Description

When you are sick or injured you should be able to spend all your energy on getting better. Our multi use gel pack is perfect for everything from sore throats to muscle injuries. To soothe a muscle put the pack in the fridge for an hour, and it'll be cold to use for three hours. For everything else just throw it in the microwave for 60 seconds and it'll be warm for an hour and a half.

1.Soothes Injuries by applying heat or cold to sore muscles.
2.Put into the fridge for 1 hour, stays cold for up to 3 hours.
3.Put into the microwave for 60 seconds,stay warm for 90 minutes.
